| Here are some precise and concise points showing how DILAP makes the difference in its approach of teaching Arabic to “European” persons who don’t speak any Arabic dialect. You’ll discover to what extent our method of teaching and learning “Al-Manhaj” is fundamentally different from the methods available on the market.
Our reference book “Al-Manhaj” is the fruit and the outcome of three precedent books.
The precedent books, conceived by Mr. BOUDAAKKAR, published by CNED (National Distance Learning Center, France) and IMA (Institut du Monde Arabe) became the main reference for correspondence school.
Al-Manhaj benefits from the maturation of the books addressed to self-learning, notably through correspondence school. The author is a regular corrector of CNED’s correspondence school Arabic language students’ homework.
Concerning the manual which was published by IMA and which hasn’t been republished (“With Munira”), it became the reference book of IUFM ( French university institutes for training schoolmasters ) It is used by Arabic language teachers in middle school and high school, both in France and abroad: Canada, Belgium, Switzerland … and in French lycées in Arab countries.
The pedagogic progression of our books isn’t the fruit of chance: it follows, in a succinct manner, two founding principles :
- Deep knowledge of the difficulties which are specific to European persons learning Arabic.
- Respect of the official instructions of national education programs.
These principles are also respected by those who conceived methods of teaching English, Spanish and other languages.
- We do not promise, like others, you will speak Arabic after 3 lessons or in twelve days ... But, if you make the effort to follow our method entirely and strictly, you’ll acquire the basic capacities and the needed knowledge to go further in your learning.
Our books (available in DILAP book shop) are among the rarest books to be tested successfully, in classroom and under real conditions, in France and with European students.
You’re still hesitating ? Discover our reference book for Learning Arabic : Al-Manhaj.
Try it, you’ll see the difference !
