Terms of sale
for individuals
Purchasing on DILAP BOOKSTORE, requires full acceptance of our terms of
sale listed below.
Section 1 : Scope
These Terms and Conditions will apply to all sales are made through the

Order
We pledge to accept your order in the terms of these Terms and
Conditions.
When you order, you will be advised of the availability of the products

POSTALE” (Postal Bank in France).
BANK TRANSFER :
Details on transfer will be sent by mail to your order if you
choose this method of payment.
CHEQUE : France only. For payments by cheque, it must be issued by a
bank domiciled in France. The order will be shipped after receiving and
cashing of the cheque.

Section 5 : Shipping fees
The shipping costs are a cost of preparing and packaging costs +
postage.
The geographical area of delivery and the weight of the order
will vary the amount. As of March 2008, they are, for one
item, as follows :
France : 7.00 euros
European Community : 15 euros
Other countries : 17.00 euros.
Section 6 : Terms Delivery
Unless otherwise provided, the delivery is made to the address you
specify when ordering. . In the event you choose to pay by cheque,
order treatment will receive it on time and run accordingly.
Delivery times are in the range of 4 to 8 days (for France) upon
confirmation of your order. 8 to 12 days for Europe and more than 15
days for Other countries.
7: Right of withdrawal :
